Saigon Bay Vietnamese Restaurant in Darlinghurst is open for dinner seven nights and Lunch Monday to Friday. Friday and Saturday is usually packed, please book your table 2-3 days in advanced to avoid disappointment.

All bookings will be confirmed straight away if our staff are available at the time. If our staff is not available at the time of booking, you can leave the message on our answering machine, you will receive a phone call from our manager to confirm your booking on the next working day.
